If you guys are worried, download Process Explorer and see what .dlls you svchost processes are running. If you find something not running from C:\WINDOWS or its subdirectories, google the name to see if it's anything to be worried about.

I think that folder is good hra, its just pretty much anything in program files/ ur [censored] and everything else is fine.

I don't have any SVCHOST.exe's running under processes. However, when I search in the Vista Start menu, an svchost comes up under Programs. I don't wanna click it though...this isn't bad is it? This is the normal one that we are supposed to have right...

Follow the advice in this thread and format C: itdbe great if you could tell us what exactly you did and what browser you are using. IE or Firefox? Did you only view the website? Did you download anything? etc. thank you, and we are sorry. |

To reiterate, it is under Programs, NOT Program Files. Any merit in uninstalling/reinstalling Java just to be certain?
Also, will Spybot pick this thing up? |

You dont need to format your harddrive from this trojan, its really badly programmed. Its possible to get rid of it without any anti virus.
