Do you need to have 186k FPP's to use concierge service. Like for instance say you wanted that $30 CD, which is like what 2k fpp's or what not. Can you use Concierge service with <186k fpp's (if you item doesn't cost 3k) and if your not Supernova (but your platinum)?

Depends on how many tables you are playing. Like to day I played 7 tables of 1/2 for an hour and earned 300fpps. Also got my ass handed to me courtesy of the river! But thats for another forum

We can do smaller transactions for example a common request is a new Computer or Laptop. The CD was a no brainer to approve for something so simple to make for a happy player. We have approved some items for Platinumstars but most of the time they are just weeks away from Supernova so it doesn't make sense to make them wait.

the ipod I was updating was the 80 gb one from stars [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

The other ipod that I was "charging/updating for the first time" was a shuffle that I got with a gift card to wal mart which I got from the 186K service at stars [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]
