I requested $1000 over the weekend, and it has been processed - though I havent received the check yet of course. I even sent them a friendly note telling them why I was cashing out, to which they didn't reply.

Looked at my UB account a few minutes ago.
Ok, withdraw is still pending and i am not allowed to withdraw :-( (contradiction in terms?). But they gave me 96 UPoints for April :-) Transaction history says: 2007-04 96 points grant for time played. The points were added to my existing points, but no bonusmoney was added. What does that mean, anyone knows?

At the end of the month, UB gives you extra points for the number of hours you played. 1 point/hour comes to mind, but I'm not sure if that is correct. As mentioned above, they do not clear any bonus, nor can you use them for the points for cash promo. Just good for the store, I would imagine.
