[ QUOTE ] def on purpose [/ QUOTE ] nah, why waste 8 pitches and then plunk em. [/ QUOTE ] it was 4 pitches, not 8, he was down 3-1 with first base open and the guy coming up was 0 for his career against paps (small sample size, but still). |

[/ QUOTE ] My post on SoSH: [ QUOTE ] Lofton didn't beat the first time Papelbon went to the bag, he came in between two foot motions. No conclusive shot if Papelbon reached the bag on the first kick. That said, 3-1 pitch, drill the dude. [/ QUOTE ] Like a second later he was getting it on the wrist. |

Re: *official 2007 red sox thread*
Anyone see Tito's post game press conference? Two questions and then the press ran out of questions. Wtf, all those sportswriters and they can only come up with 2 questions after a game like that?

What sucked is I lurked in the days when you could just register, but since I wasn't posting anything I never registered. :\ |

Re: *official 2007 red sox thread*
i got a membership there just by posting at above-retard level in the noob forum for a month or so. i think i had like 40 or 50 posts as a lurker. i registered on that site a long time ago but had never posted, i think when i reg'd there was a waiting list to be a member and there weren't really the same lurker forums, or else i didn't know about them so i gave up.
anyway, the main forum there is pretty good, i don't go in a lot of the other ones and it doesn't have that much traffic sometimes. |
