I live in L.A. (so does Zee) and play in the local card clubs.
If Zee turns to live play, and I am sitting at the same table as him, what should I say outloud (to him or others)?

If ZJ is caught cheating in a live casino, he will likely end up in prison for a while. That is punishment. Having your bankroll seized is not punishment. Personally, I would prefer that the sites only seize the funds that they can prove he stole, but that ZJ also spends 10 years in prison. Since prison time is not an option, I think that seizing his bankroll is the best solution even though it lets him off very easily.

The thing that me and Granny agree on is that what ZJ did was MEGA f'd up. The only logical disagreement I see in this thread is to what degree we should consider that someone that does something this messed can redeem himself. To argue that he never really did anything "that bad" is pretty sketchy. Frankly, I question the ethics of anyone that would make such an argument.
