What exactly is not working?

Unable to get the player and tabledata?
Then please do the following:
- Run a scan
- Cancel the scan after about 5-6 seconds
- SpadeEye reads the lobby by optical character recognation.
During the scan a screenshot of the PokerStars lobby is put into your clipboard.
Run paint (or any other graphic program) and press CTRL-V to paste the image from the clipboard.
Save this image to disk and mail it to "Support@spadeit.com"

If it is not working try the following:

- Go to Control Panel
- Click the "Display" icon
- Click the "Appearance" Tab
- Click the "Effects" button
- Change the font to use "Standard" and NOT "ClearType"

(This might require a reboot)
Give it a new try

This program is great!

The scan is super-fast.

Also, having the filter to avoid scanning unnecessary tables is a really big help.

I didn't experience any of the 'stats' bugs that others have. But I'm only accessing one postgresql database so maybe that was the problem.

Can't wait to ship my $$$ for this program.

Telescope doesnt work with ClearType on for me. Perhaps Its possible that Telescope deactivates ClearType for scanning and then reactivate it when the scanning is done.

Yep, Cleartype is the problem. If you change it to standard it starts working fine again

On/off switching cleartype without reboot is possible. E.g. there is a webpage from ms where you can configurate cleartype. On there firts page there you can turn clear type on/off without reboot and you see also the differnece immediately on your screen.

So perhaps the on/off switching also made by telescope self.

Here is the link: http://www.microsoft.com/typography/...ner/Step1.aspx

It only works if you use the internet explorer.
