I usually get real sad whenever the producers of a show want me to.

The Luck of the Fryrish wins for most tear jerking animated episode. Jurassic Bark being a close second.

I can't watch the ending of either without tearing up just a little bit though, even after so many viewings. It's just a great show.

The saddest I've been in a while was caused by last season's Shield Finale (not the most recent one, the one with Lem). That killed me.

not sure if it's been mentioned, I didn't read through this entire thread, but I'd have to say Michael J. Fox's final episode on Spin City where he takes the fall. It's not just an actor leaving a show, but as a viewer you know that he kinda has to leave because his health is getting to a point where he just can't be on it anymore, great actor, great show, sad moment.

Agree with the Scrubs episodes mentioned as well.

In Rescue Me when Tommy Talks to his dead brother when he's lying in the coffin.

I rarely get emotional when watching TV but this really got me.

Having never watched Futurama, that was my first thought, as well.

But so many people are echoing the sentiment, I have to give it some weight.

I know I'm going to pretty sad in about 7½ hours, when the Sopranos signs off.

Jurassic Bark on Futurama.

Thread over.

I also thought the episode of Las Vegas where Louis the police officer dies is pretty sad.

This montage clip is from an episode of Without a Trace about a boy that was thought to be kidnapped from his school. He ended up running away because all the kids at school, including the girl he liked, bullied him so much. At the end, he tried to hang himself on a swingset in the girls backyard.

I was gonna post this very one.
