p5s is different though. you guys gotta understand that like 9 out of 10 people on those forums are beginners. there is no ego bs.. most of them suck, know they suck, and just want to learn. at least thats how i was when i signed up there.

[/ QUOTE ]

so the other 1/10 just go there to flaunt how smart they are? you can see it in how rude your, anbd other pros, rail is.

for various reasons, and im not gonna attack jennifear here, but this is probably the single most best ever post featuring logic of poker ive ever readed.

PokerStars Game #9611910205: Tournament #48782338, $55+$5 Hold'em No Limit - Level II (15/30) - 2007/04/26 - 01:58:08 (ET)
Table '48782338 1' 9-max Seat #9 is the button
Seat 1: PunkinBear (1480 in chips)
Seat 2: GolfManic (1580 in chips)
Seat 3: Weir (1520 in chips)
Seat 4: aatigers (3030 in chips)
Seat 5: NIROG (1390 in chips)
Seat 6: MildSeven519 (1390 in chips)
Seat 7: xyz888 (1480 in chips)
Seat 8: DABIGFISH (1470 in chips)
Seat 9: Cards828587 (160 in chips)
PunkinBear: posts small blind 15
GolfManic: posts big blind 30
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to PunkinBear [Qs 4h]
Weir: folds
aatigers: folds
NIROG: folds
MildSeven519: folds
xyz888: folds
DABIGFISH: folds
Cards828587: calls 30
PunkinBear: calls 15
I wouldn't make this call if the blinds were ANY higher. The implied odds make it worth it.
GolfManic: checks
*** FLOP *** [4d Kc 3d]
PunkinBear: bets 80
Betting here to get a firm grasp of where I am at in the hand, and to protect my vulnerable hand that is probably currently best.
GolfManic: folds
Cards828587: calls 80
Possibly diamonds or a midpair.
*** TURN *** [4d Kc 3d] [4s]
PunkinBear: checks
In retrospect, I think I should have bet here. My hand was still vulnerable to a flush draw, and this bet gave him a free card at an inopportune time. I like a 2/3 pot bet.
Cards828587: checks
*** RIVER *** [4d Kc 3d 4s] [Qd]
I think it's quite possible that he hit a flush, based on his previous actions in the hand.
PunkinBear: bets 1370 and is all-in
Cards' stack is small and I want it to look like I am "scaring him out", while devaluing my all-in at the table.
Cards828587: folds
PunkinBear collected 250 from pot
PunkinBear: doesn't show hand

hint: cards has fifty chips left.

When I read that on P5 I thought there had to be a conversion error, afterall he has less than 2 blinds left, and it's heads up now. Just bet his remaining 50 chips.

The only conclusion is that she completely lost track of how many chips he had.

Also, pushing the boat on the river, if he made the flush he's pushing, just check because he's not calling with his last 50 that he's not pushing when checked to him.

I am in the top .01% of the SNG players at the low-limits. There isn't any question about that.
