My main point is simply that because JC was sending support these emails, FT needed to lock the money and do an investigation before it got cashed out or transferred or lost to other players. Whether or not that investigation leads to JC getting his money back is a whole different matter.

I dunno if JC is a guy who does flips and donk around stuff like that for big $$$, but if he is, then it'll probably take a lot more evidence than these hand histories to get any money back.

I'm assuming JC's telling the truth, but after your posts I went through all the hands posted. Looking at all those hand histories, I could make a good case for every single hand being legit as the other guy.

I think FT needs to see some additional evidence before they can give money back here. Otherwise every time someone gets wasted or tilted or whatever and spews off all their money to someone not afraid to call them down super light, they can just claim they were hacked.
