Every time you feel like flipping for 4k, find a small charity. Go to them, give them the 4k, ask to walk around with them for a day. I can guarantee you you'll derive a whole lot more happiness from this than the 5-second rush of flipping.

Uhhhh yea he would get more satisfaction out of donating $4k, but comparing a neutral EV gamble to donating doesn't make sense.
