Default Very Important Question!!

I was drunk and high for the first two seasons of Lost, and didn't see any of it when it ran. So I very recently got those first two seasons on Netflix, so now, my woman and I are hooked (of course).

Unfortunately, we were drunk and high for the first seven episodes of season three, and do not want to start watching season three with episode eight next week (we are not drunk and high anymore).

Is there anywhere I can access the first seven episodes of season three so that we can pick it up without missing anything?

Otherwise, we might just end up drunk and high again.

Thanks in advance for helping me with this problem.

Rob

I liked this ep - some nice plot advancement and it's always cool to see a backstory of a character we don't know that much about.

A couple observations:

I think the writers are getting a little hammy with the names. Rachel was the name of Jacob's wife in the Bible - i.e. starting a new race of chosen people with her new baby? And Benjamin was their youngest son.

I don't know about Alex being Ben's daughter - she looks a lot like Rosseau.

Was Rachel the same actress who played Calamity Jane on Deadwood?

Jack basically saved the lives of four people - maybe five if you include Alex.

Best lines of the ep "I can't believe you fell for the old Wookie prisoner trick." and "tell him I said hi".

Sawyer rocks.

I really got the impression that Alex was not Ben's daughter. The conversation was structured in a way to imply that, but did not explicitly say it. I don't have the exact quotes, but it went something like:

Alex: "Go ahead and call my dad. I'm sure he's not busy" dripping with sarcasm
Guard: Looked nervous, and called for Ben

This is the same way they always talk about "Him". "He" will be upset, etc. The implication is that it's Ben they're talking about, but I don't think it is. "He" = Alex's Father? They're all afraid of "him", but he's the one in charge, and they default to Ben so as not to bother Him?

Good one I bet it could be the man that recruited juliet and had it arranged for the bus to hit her ex husband.

Rosseau said her baby was taken from her. My assumption is that Ben raised her and Alex doesn't even know about Rosseau, therefore believing Ben is her father.
