That´s not much at all. I dropped last monday 14 buy-ins in one session. Now after a week I am up from that starting point of the session about 7 buy-ins and I still have run somewhat bad. For example lost today pre all-ins for full BI AAQ9s vs. AAJ4s, pre all-in AKK7 vs. AJT8, to one outer yesterday on turn, all-in on turn to plain flush draw + overpair with another flush draw + set on two-tone board, all-in AAT9 against QT98 on AQJ flop etc...).

EDIT: Also didn´t you won like 18 buy-ins at PLO1000 in december - you should have much left in BR if you have now played mostly 2/4.

Yeah I am being a wuss i know and it isn't really the money it's the protractedness of it. I too have had many 10+ dump sessions but they are usually followed by some movement in the other direction. This is lose lose 4, break-even break-even break-even, win 2, lose 6, break-even, etc etc. I have been informed by many people who have sweated me that I have improved a lot and probably just ran well for two years [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

I will make a graph soon. and yes, I did have a 25 buyin upswing at 5/10 in december [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

the reraise w/ tJJQ I think is a money maker if you have any fold equity at all... hope he doesn't have KK though. The float with AA is good too generally. A few regulars in that game will take shots at uncoordinated pots like this on the flop but give up on the turn.


re: downswing, you know as well as anyone that you've just got to roll with it. I could go find my graphs again but I broke even for 30k+ hands at the end of last year, and I like to believe I'm a solidly winning player. ended up having to move down to .5/1 for a few weeks but it's turned itself around and now the other shoe has dropped... feels nice. Just don't let the hopelessness really get to you.


that fuzzard guy [censored] kills me. he's running so hot it's gross. I'm generally a pretty unemotive type but I cannot wait to see him nosedive.

I don't know about fuzzard. I am playing mainly on my non PT/PAHUD computer right now, so I don't have stats, but I am still forming an oppinion of him. He sure seems to juice games though, which I like a lot.
