anything you need to know about ADHD just ask. I got alot of hands on, practicle, real world experience with ADHD. Actually i would say half my learning process in playing poker professionally has involved learning to deal with and control ADHD induced donking. Unfortunately it's another minutes to learn, lifetime to master type thing.

funny thing is, I would say ADHD accounts for most of my skills and most of my deffects in my game. when i'm on, i'm really on, and read people like a book. when I lose focus I can do things so dumb it's hard to believe I actually did it.

Right, but I was kinda hoping to stay consistently at the ROI I was at for a while so when I did hit the downswing, it wouldn't drop me so far.

I have a BR of ~$4000, I've decided to cash out half of that.

Try and play high enough volume each month grinding the $16s to be able to cover monthly expenses and slowly build my BR back up.

Mix in some $27s when I reach 100 buyins, study and play goot.

Study cash games and give them a try, take some shots at MTTs.

Start working towards a Masters in Probability and Statistics.

Play more and don't get so down on myself when running bad. Actually finding these results helps put things in perspective as it feels like I've been getting crushed lately and its just not true. Oh ya, and I already posted in this thread so all that stuff too.
