he calls him 'rog' in his blog. myspace hates me and keeps telling me an error has occured when i try to check out his profile.

apparently indecent exposure and lewd behavior is a felony in some circumstances.

sounds like he broke some sort of paternalistic law (no one was hurt, blah blah blah). and since its unrelated to drugs and alcohol, i'm thinking prostituion, sodomy, child pornography.

That's about all the myspace I can take. Those pages are awful.

EDIT: I doubt millions do this daily, and I dont' see how that could carry a year of jail time.

But what if he was found a 15 year old hooker and SIIHP? Then beat the [censored] out of her? Then sold her a 5-team football parlay?

Surely the combination of crimes here would make this a year-long jailable offense.

I'm reasonably sure I know other people from Cali who have had friends do a 1 year bid for stat rape. Seems to make sense.

I can't believe that you get a year for solicitation of a hooker.

You know, with recent developments, I'd probably rather go to jail for a year than get a sex offender tag for life. That's the harsher punishment these days, heh.

But that's too cliche so I vote, uhh...animal cruelty.
