Cecil Peoples scored the Sherk fight correctly, probably the only judge that got it right in fact, and the ref just misread the 5 for an 8.

I think Florian gets the 2nd. That's the round with the cut...so clearly he gets the edge in damage (fairly significantly, given how much it bled). Sherk had one takedown, however, Florian reversed it and ended up on top towards the end of the round. Not to mention I think Florian landed better strikes the last 20-30 seconds of the round. Overall...nothing to be ashamed of, unlike Franklyn.
