I am pretty damn sure that I am 3.95 bigbets/100 which mean 7bigblinds (here 10$) per 100 hands.
PokerPatterns display big blinds for NL not big bets.
If you are not convinced try this calculation : 5PTBB/100 at 5/10NL is 5*2*10/100hands = 100$/100hands = 1$ per hand.. I am slightly below that... (I am up almost 8k at 10/20 and have more hands than dollars). Hope that helps.

It's big blind on the graph. Big bet if you put big bets on the Y-axis, big blind if you put $ on it. Go figure.
