Stupid noob questions, probably, but what does the greater than/equal to symbols mean on the pot odds chart?

And the small section on the pot odds chart that has a heading of "flop", is that for all three subjections below it? "Pair to...", "2 Suited to...", and "Non-pair to..."?

Which one of these is correct?

Everytime I think I have it I end up back at SQ 1.

Is Sands .pdf the right one?
Is there a corresponding excell file?

C means call and the number means the number of players you need to have called before you before you can call.

Not to rekindle an old thread, but the PDF version posted has a lot of deviations from the SSH book advice (pointed out in numerous posts).

Can someone advise on which link/spreadsheet is the CORRECT version to use, if one were sticking to the Sklansky/SSH tables.

Does anybody know which the correct chart is, because I have read through the thread several times and I can't seem to figure out which one it is?
