Re: The Absolute Solution - Open & Close Tables and Datamine
Once all the fields of that first line are filled out, you have to double click on it and the information will get moved to the main list. The rules on the main list are the ones that will be used for opening tables. Once you have the rules, go to the Watch tab and press Go.

Re: The Absolute Solution - Open & Close Tables and Datamine
I have double clicked, it is in the main list. When i hit 'go' on the watch tab it opens up the lobby and feigns like it will open up some tables but alas nothing happens. I have simple rules so its not rule related.

Re: The Absolute Solution - Open & Close Tables and Datamine
I have the same problem with the scrollbar, whenever I select from the drop-down menus the scrollbar appears so I do not see the rule line. I tried deleting the ini but the same thing happens when I try to select the rules afterwards. Any ideas?

Re: The Absolute Solution - Open & Close Tables and Datamine
OK - sorted. Maximising the window to full screen before selecting the menus gives you just enough of the rules to double click on and transfer them to the lower window.

Re: The Absolute Solution - Open & Close Tables and Datamine
Hi there,
Anyone had this working with two clients through a network for any significant period? It seems to begin ok but so far, after two or three attempts, it seems to have died when I come back say an hour later. Both systems have AP. TAS is in a folder on one that both systems have access to. I set it all running on the first system, then once the tables are open, I go to the second system and run the same copy of TAS from the shared folder, and the second machine then opens tables. This is the correct method, right? I know Irish didnt really pay attention to this so no probs if there is not much info. Just wondered if anyone has success so I know whether to waste more time or not. Thanks guys. |

Re: The Absolute Solution - Open & Close Tables and Datamine
V.65 is available for download.
This release fixes the problem of not being able to read the Table Groups information when the window is resized. The other fix is to make Absolute Solution compatible with the Daylight Saving Time in the future years. As of V.65 Sit & Go's are no longer supported. Since there was few, if any comments, when they stopped working, I decided my time would be better spent on other projects. If anyone wants to take on the task, the sections of code for Sit & Go's are still there, but commented out. The Absolute Solution |
