I wish I could recall my conversation (posted somewhere on 2p2) with imthedirt about this... I feel like he thought that Lisandro won the doucheoff, but I'm not sure.

Looking it up now, will respond in 3 years. gg 2p2 search.

I am so good at 2p2 search it makes me sick.

just to clarify:

when i was writing that i was lazy. you would actually have to type "bdids" in the user field. the user thing requires exact usernames. spacing and everything.

I agree with every assessment that this thread delievered hardcore but was ruined by people constantly bringing up 2006. They should have just had all the entourage sit in the game so it was full, woulda been much better than dealing with this retard.

I'm never entirely sure whether to post any kind of "gossip" in this forum because I find it difficult to tell what's worthy

[/ QUOTE ]

Surely you had no doubt about this though? Top notch NVG

I .. I think I have self-confidence issues.

Would b-ball names be appropriate, considering the risks to their livelihoods? (Yes, I notice the notable contradiction here as gossip like this could very well tarnish Lisandro's job as well...)

I played with a very cool, very loose Rick Hamilton at $1-3nl for about 8 hours Sunday night/Saturday morning, to start the name-dropping. Our table must have had 10k on it for most of the night, and getting a seat was impossible for the envious railbirds (I snagged mine very early, and take credit for most of action instigation...)...

I also saw Noah playing the invitational, but my knowledge of other b-ball players' faces is mediocre at best.

[/ QUOTE ]

You probably mean Rip Hamilton right? He usually plays the 2-5 at Casino Windsor in the Detroit area during the season or when he's in town. Ive never played with him but the regulars that have said he isn't that great and just basically likes to gamble it up for fun.

[/ QUOTE ]

His name is Richard Hamilton, and we were calling him Rick.

[/ QUOTE ]

His name is Richard Hamilton, and everyone but you were calling him Rip

[/ QUOTE ]

I know his nickname, thanks.

There is a dealer at Caesar named Rick... when Hamilton's real-life cousin (who was also playing with us most of the night) noticed, he loudly said "HI RICK!... you know, I know another Rick, too! He's right over there!" and then drunkenly pointed at his embarassed family member sitting to the dealer's right, who was laughing. The name stuck for the night.

Also of note, his watch was the size of my head.

[/ QUOTE ]

Well it might have helped if you told us this first. If you knew his nickname was 'Rip' then didn't you think it might cause some confusion if you came in here and referred to him as 'Rick'?

But whatever, awesome OP man...
