I would have thought that bleeding would have had a bigger effect than it has.

In the preview of next week at the end of this episode, the announcer (probably Benza?) was referring to one of next week players as "silent but deadly", and at that precise moment the camera zeroed in in David Grey, who of course perpetually looks like he either just cut one or is about to. I'm pretty sure that was no coincidence.

It didn't come out great on the preview, but it should look good on the show.
