Me too. And also think it's within reason to place one of SoaD's albums within the top 20 last year.

Don't sweat the h8 squad JoA, your list was dead on. There's a few I might have switched but they're all arguably great choices for that year. Except Blueberry Boat at 2004, Fiery Furnaces blow.

1972 - Steely Dan - Can't Buy a Thrill
1975 - Born to Run
1977 - THE STRANGER - Billy Joel

These are great albums and should have had much more support here. I especially think that 1977 is an easy easy pick and should have been mentioned at least once.

1977 is far from an easy pick with Marquee Moon, the Clash, Animals, Pink Flag, Low, Rockets to Russia, Rumours, Lust for Life...

Any song that Ringo sings automatically blows. It's true for What Goes On and Yellow Submarine, too.
