Hydroxycut will probably give you the jitters, too. Hydroxycut/Stackers/Xenedrine/whatever aren't really all that different and loaded with caffiene and some amphetamine like subtances. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I've tried quite a few of these and they all mess with you quite a bit while you are on them, but they do work to lose weight if you can stand the various side effects.

[/ QUOTE ] I was using Hydroxycut for a while (back when they were an ephedra product). Completely messed with my head. I only took it for a week before I decided that I can't use it anymore. It actually did suppress my appetite, though.

Yeah, the ephedra versions would wreck me. I didn't want to eat much, but my energy levels went from through the roof to dead tired. So many mood swings.

I played goalkeeper in an adult league and used to take some GNC pep pill right before a match. I'd have a psychotic amount of energy, to the point where I was yelling practically the whole time.
Had a decent sized guy take a shot on goal from less than 10 meters away. The ball bounced off my face and landed on the other side of midfield. I didn't feel a thing. GG pep pills.

Stacker made me flip the [censored] out a few times, most amusingly during my LSATs, and has possibly caused some permanent heart damage. So, yeah.
Also - reading this thread, and OOT in general, I can't shake the fear that one day, America's fat ugly girls are going to rise as one and slaughter us all in our beds. I like to think that I, at least, will die content to know that I deserve my fate.
