1) there is tv that isn't dumb, though I concede it does make up a very small minority of total tv programming.

2) the problem wasn't that this episode was dumb; it's that it was much much dumber than the good early Heroes episodes from last season; and even worse it was was much much less engaging, entertaining, noteworthy or distinguishable amongst the garbage dump of the tv wasteland.

No, I don't think someone started a thread this week. That said, I don't know how people could say this was terrible. Sure, not much happened and the acting was bad, but that's true of every Heroes episode. OTOH, this episode contained genuine ass kicking and probably more actual happenings than most episodes.

The stuff with Claire is getting really lame. The stuff with Hiro is kinda cute but entirely predictible. Peter's stuff is pretty cool, though, so that's something.

This show got super weak. I am still cautiously excited about the middle of the season where guest directors come in and do their best to add some pep to the show.

like wtf. =( I thought it could only get better after the season finale last year (since it couldn't get any worse)
