I knew I'd seen this photo somewhere before and I found it in a book in my local Borders (the book was called "Germany at War in Colour").

In this book the pic is slightly bigger, there is a waiter on the left along with another guy in the bottom left that have been cropped out of this version posted.

After reading the caption there, I'm curious as to what d0nkaments will come up with as the answer to his mystery. Of course there could be more to the photo than is mentioned in the book I saw.

That books photo caption in white:
