All,
Usually in situations like this I have a pretty strong read on who is telling the truth. In this case, after KoD's thread, I thought he was telling the truth. Then, samo posted this and I thought he was telling the truth. Now, I am leaning back towards KoD again! "He said OK, he'll give me back the big blind. And he sat back in." That's really the key. If samo can show a HH that shows KoD saying that, then I'll believe samo's whole version of the story. If not, KoD it is!

Yea I can say with 100% certainty I never agreed to give the blind back. I paid him the first time, and as people have said I was not at all obligated to do so.

i know nothing about what happened in this particular instance so i'm not going to comment on it.
however let me say once again that i have had extensive dealings with KOD both financaially and otherwise and he has ALWAYS conducted himself very well and been completely forthright and honest with me. we have dealt with very large financial transactions and been in situations where we each owed each other large sums of money do to taking pieces of action etc. like i said i have no idea wtf happened with him and samo but KOD is a really good/decent guy and should not have his reputation tarnished.
