This is one of the most inspiring posts I've ever read. I just started working pretty hard at shedding some pounds, but I have a bit of a drinking problem. And I'd much rather be fat than sober. I was getting discouraged after reading a lot on this forum but it looks like it can be done. And I won't even be drinking 8 beers a day! More like 15 shots 2-3 times a week.

[/ QUOTE ] Arnold used to drink a pitcher of beer (or more) every day when he was in Mr Universe form. But yeah it makes it a lot harder. I'd rather work out extra (and maybe die a few years sooner) than get off the sauce. |
