Narrow it down from here. Yes he is a flip against a random two here.

Very well put LFTV... I do, find it rather interesting that a general line between those who may be in the older portion of posters here (I will include myself as an "old 23") and those of the younger audience are clearly lining up on their respective sides of the arrogance issue. A not-so-shocking sociological happening indeed.

I agree with your observations, and find it interesting also. Especially when someone seemingly unassuming like Gavin comments after winning this humongous tournament, thanking everyone for their support. Whether he went off on some big-time He-Man attitude trip is unknown, because he kept it out of the spotlight. I'd bet he's older than 23? Obviously a person who everyone wants to root for in future endeavors.

One thing's for sure this thread shows why shoving AA here isn't unreasonable some of the time.

terrlll... i think you should really have lost all respect in this thread w/ this:

"ven if you could see his cards - he turns them over after making the bet and dares you to call him - you should fold."

honestly just stop trying to critique his play. When someone like AK87 says something it holds weight... when someone who says some inane [censored] like the above quote, no one cares.

can't stove it on this computer but i think 53, 54, 64, xx clubs, AK, small midpairs is a good start.

Tricky part isn't picking hands, even though that is tricky, as much as weighting them. He doesn't fourbet hands like 53 nearly as often as AK

Jurollo agreed it's a good start and gets at Patrik's postflop decision fairly well, but there's just no way he's equally likely to fourbet J3 clubs as AK clubs, for example. Preflop weightings have to be estimated/accounted for somehow.
