Stop playing poker, make sure you get your medical stuff looked after (move in with parents, borrow money from them). Then pay off your friend as quickly as possible, then your parents. Basically take like 100-200/month for luxaries and spend the rest on debts/food. You'll probably be able to pay off your debts much more quickly than you'd expect.

It's key that if you smoke you should quit, don't drink, and if you have a car that you don't need to get to work, sell it. If possible, change jobs to something that makes more or that makes the same but is closer (so you can sell car).

Gambling is fun and exciting but as you see it can also kick you in the face sometimes. Probably best to lay off it for now.
