Whats the best way to not get owned in smaller pots? Is it betting the turn more often,calling down more on the river, etc?

Double barrelling more is good, although you really need to be able to pick your spots well. Think about people's ranges and how they would react to a turn bet. If you know some nit is peeling the T high flop with an underpair, feel free to keep firing. If the guy is a complete monkey and you have an underpair of your own, by all means c/f.

I've realized a lot of it comes down to your starting hand selection, at least that was the case for me. I used to play 25/20 ish and sometimes felt like I wasn't winning enough small pots. I tightened up over the last month to the tune of around 21/18 and have been cleaning up in smaller pots. I'm double barrelling more often, but it's definitely not excessive and I'm usually doing it with outs when called and a good idea that villain will fold.

If I were some of you guys I would practice double barrelling a ton of the time against different players. You'll start to find out which spots and against which players double barrelling is good.

I have a possibly stupid/obvious question about these graphs: it seems only a very small % of people have the green line above red/blue, but how can that add up? How can they be the only ones winning pots without showdown and everyone else is leaking money? Or am I misinterpreting something?

Most TAG winners at SS do not win enough pots without showdown to make up for the blinds and rake they are paying, it's that simple. A TAG plays fewer hands and takes them farther than a LAG so it's intuitive that his earn will be more based upon showdowns than the LAG who is constantly stealing blinds and winning/losing small pots. After experimenting a bit with different levels of aggression pre and post flop I think it's pretty unlikely for a SS TAG with VPIP <20 and Blind Steal <35 to have a Carrotsnake type graph unless he's an absolute monster postflop (and if he were he would probably be better served playing more hands anyway.)

Am I the only one that wins a lot w/o showdown and loses with showdown? I also bet a little more than my equity on every street. I guess I play too many hands to steal.

So could anyone of you tell me what my graph means ?
And I would also like to discuss about the different lines:
How the Sklansky Bucks Line is calculated ?

Is this the equity when the money goes in ?
This means if I slowplay floppen quads and the other guy rivers a str8 flush and we both shove I have negative SB equity ?

I would like to talk more about the different graphs, and I hope I can do so in this thread, but at first I'll just post this one.

Looks to me like I'm running standard in showdowns, doing well without showdowns, but yet my last 30k hands or so have been negative. No idea what that means, if anything
