So I went to a smallish bash for one of the girls who lives with my brother's birthday. Ani was there and was pleasant enough towards me, so I don't think there's going to be any dramas there...as long as she's not pregnant :-D *touch wood*
She asked how things were with Claire, and there was maybe a hint of malice there but I was a full bottle of scotch into the night, so who knows? She also came with this guy who she'd been with before we hooked up (and maybe even while)...he's nice enough but so obviously a stopgap until she finds something better (read: new/different). But all in all I'm glad there's nothing to worry about there. Also, scotch is so f'kn delicious, I could drink it all night. |

With scotch I'm even finding I can drink the nasty $30 bottles straight up and still love it. But there's nothing better than a good $100+ bottle in the evening...if only I could afford to spend $500 a month on scotch. |
