All,

just got off the phone with Mat Sklansky.

I explained the situation to him, and asked him for a ruling. i think this is fair.

Mat's ruling is as follows

the neal schon vote counts and we have tie and we now move on to OOT survivor double jeopardy.

[/ QUOTE ]

in light of the claim of the neal vote being an "istewart proxy vote", this kinda sucks.

[/ QUOTE ]

I'm surprised you didn't switch your allegiance to Db when he started dominating.

In future, perhaps the minimum number of posts required should be raised to preclude *most* gimmick accounts. 100 posts is too low. If someone like tuq were so inclined, he could create a small gimmick account army whose soldiers have 100 posts each. It would only take him an afternoon or so to get this done.

Make the minimum 500 posts for future survivors. That'll take care of the gimmicks.

However, for this vote, if a gimmick with over 100 posts has voted, it should stand. For the purposes of this thread (and the rules), each gimmick account with more than 100 posts is an eligible voter.

Edit: And it looks like Sklansky Jr. agrees with me.

Words can not express the greatness this entails. Each time [censored] tries to rile things up with OOT it works better than the last time.

I have a feeling this is going to be Gore in Florida 2000 all over again, where someone with the last name Sklansky is playing the part of the judiciary.
