re: it's over and he's gonna donk his way through...

Last year, I just kept telling myself that a mid-stack just had to double up and it was a whole new game... I have a feeling I'm going to be disappointed again.

I don't know what's so difficult for Yang's opponents here. Don't call him when you -think- you have the best hand. Call him when you KNOW you have the best hand, wait for him to inevitably overplay his hand, and take his chips. TIGHTEN UP AND WAIT FOR HANDS (read: "better hands than KJ not suited"), PEOPLE! Sheesh.

Well, I had to call and have them explicitly "push" the PPV. Buying it with my remote did not work (I got a black screen). Hopefully, you don't have several hours of a blank screen on your DVR.

p.s Comcastic!

Yeah, this [censored] happened to me last year and I was pissed. The black screen.

another effing bustout! WTF is going on here? Is this happening because of the different blind schedule this year or has it just been a sick run of cards by Yang? By the time I get home around 6pm it may be all over.

[/ QUOTE ]

Alan Goering has posted on this site that the Main Event structure is basically unchanged. I think it's actually a little better.

People are busting out because they're going all-in with weak hands or coin-flip situations. It's been happening all tournament. But, the blinds and antes are forcing them to.

Yeah, I think there will inevitably be one or two big important hands in our future (obvious I guess)

What I mean is, Lam and maybe others are definitely waiting to catch Yang, and they will probably find themselves all-in as favorites. But Yang has the power of Jesus

If Lam (or whoever) can beat him once, then they have power to bust him. If Yang manages to catch a big hand at the right time, or sucks out. Well, say hello to the new Champ.

I disagree, who would have seen Joe Hachem coming in 2005?... Andy Black had a huge chip lead...

He only has 3 to 1, there is still a lot of play left. Anything can happen
