Starluck/Planetluck "Update": Still nothing, I wasn't able to get in contact with my AM by phone...but I re-sent the email and it went through.

SIA manual credit requests "Update": Still nothing - Accounts will be updated accordingly when the manuals come in. If you're one of the people waiting on a manual credit request and are looking for an update, login to your CCU account; approved manual credit requests will show "Approved," denied manual credit requests will show "Denied" (that I recall, we've never had one come back denied). If the status still shows pending, we haven't heard anything back yet.

General Update: I'll be leaving the country before the 20th, and will have limited internet access while abroad. Therefore, payments will likely go out on either the 16th or the 17th. I will return on the 23rd, but probably won't even look at the computer until the 24th. Happy Thanksgiving all.

At this point, I'm getting every indication that I will receive the commissions - I'm just waiting on the final word on if and when payment will be sent. It looks to me that miscommunication somewhere "up the ladder" is to blame. I should have a more concrete answer during business hours tomorrow.
