I was out of town yesterday, sorry if this was too slow for you...But Ben's response to Klompy also applied to your issue.

Did you run PTAgg after importing your FT hands? Was PTAgg importing new hands to your database?

PTAgg should be constantly running in the background for up-to-date information.

The Full Tilt scanner is offline. We are working on bringing it up now.
