Anyone care to evaluate my picks. First year playing FF. Mock draft, 10 teams I had #2. My league I am practicing for has pretty standard scoring I think. 4pt for TD pass, no PPR. Start 1 QB/2RB/2WR/1Flex(RB/WR)/1TE/D/K

1. S. Jackson
2. MJD
3. Chad Johnson
4. A. Gates
5. Lee Evans
6. Ladell Betts
7. L. Coles
8. Romo
9. Mike Bell
10. Mike Furrey
11. Big Ben
12. Chris Henry
13. M. Muhhamad
14. Jaguars D
15. Anthony Thomas
16. Joe Nedney

I feel like it this team is kind of average. Wondering what people think about McNabb in the 5th if he is there, as it seems to be an option for me in a lot of mocks I have done. I haven't been taking Gates that high, but decided what the hell. With the Evans pick, I could have picked up Driver/Walker/Bolding/Johnson/Hush/R. Williams/McNabb.
What about C. Benson in the 3rd, or do I definitely need a top WR if I get two good RB's?
Any help is appreciated.

lactic, I don't understand why you guys are taking QBs in the second round of a seven-team draft.

Deftone,

You did pretty well.

I like waiting on a QB, and you got a good one with excellent potential in Romo in the eighth. I would not take McNabb in the fifth.

Evans/Driver/Walker/Boldin/(Andre?) Johnson are all great values there. I am not all that high on Evans and probably like him the least of those five, but I'm definitely in the minority there. It's a matter of player preference, but your intuition to grab a WR with those quality guys left is right.

I often go RB/RB/RB/WR/WR (particularly with a value like Benson available), but RB/RB/top WR/Gates/top WR is hard to argue with.

My thought was since you can start up to 4 QBs it would be benificial to have atleast one decent one.

Yah as much as it kills me I think people are a little to high on Evans this yr. Much better value the last 2 yrs before anyone knew about him.

How was my draft?

14 team league, QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, TE, WR/RB, K, DEF. 25 = 1, TD = 4 for QB, and 10 = 1, TD = 6 for rest.

Had the 6th pick:

1. (6) Willie Parker RB
2. (23) Carson Palmer QB
3. (34) Thomas Jones RB
4. (51) Andre Johnson WR
5. (62) Santana Moss WR
6. (79) Todd Heap TE
7. (90) Brandon Jackson RB
8. (107) Jerry Porter WR
9. (118) Matt Jones WR
10. (135) Ben Roethlisberger QB
11. (146) Anthony Thomas RB
12. (163) Maurice Morris RB
13. (174) Buffalo DEF
14. (191) Josh Scobee K
15. (202) Michael Jenkins WR

back to rankings 101 here, as I'm just sanity checking my KUBIAK rankings.

does this top 10 make sense for a standard scoring leage?

LaDainian Tomlinson
Frank Gore
Brian Westbrook
Steven Jackson
Joseph Addai
Laurence Maroney
Peyton Manning
Maurice Jones-Drew
Marvin Harrison
Willis McGahee
Reggie Bush

Matt Jones is a 2nd teamer. Take Wilford instead.
