I'm thinking about playing the Million at Stars tomorrow. I've never played a tourney with an entry bigger than $50, but I'm probably still +EV I'm guessing. My question is, does it make sense to play tomorrow with the huge field and flat payout structure or wait for a regular Sunday? I'm not planning on playing it more then once or twice really, but I wanna give it a shot for the heck of it at some point.

I was thinking the Sunday tomorrow might be juicy. Not sure if the donks really are aware of the added money or care, but whatever, either there's free overlay, or there's a lot of donks, either way it's gogogogogo.

I tried the 500 fpp satellite; AK AIPF < AQ, gg. Guess I'll just buy in with cash.

In MTTC it seems the consensus is that the Sunday Million is a major donk-filed donkament even though it's a $215, supposedly it plays like a $50.

haha it plays like a $20 or something if that. so many ppl are weak/tight, so many are just looking to donate etc..

i usually play cash on sundays since the games are so easy, but im def playing the sunday warmup (100k added) and mil (250k added) because they are gonna be even more juicy than ever.

Yeah, I've played some of those donkaments, it can actually make it kinda tricky cuz you want to steal from the weak-tighties, but then there are super loose donators in there too so it's hard to pfr without them calling. I usually wind up playing super tight until the donators bust and then try to steal around the bubble... I'm no donkament pro though, those guys are wacky.

LOL I've been watching some of the old Stoxpoker videos he made on Party. He's talking like it's a useful instructional video, but he's like flopping straights and the Party donks are shoving underpairs and stuff. He keeps talking about semibluffing and ranges and so on, but really he should be saying "lolo I could play like a monkey and still make money here!!".
