When girls are in a large group and drinking then I wouldn't read too much into it. If you want to bang her, try to set up a one on one situation.

Have you considered that she might be the female equivalent to Goofy? She tells all her friends that she likes you, but then acts shy around you. Sound familiar? If you do get her on a date, you probably need be more assertive getting things started.

Uh, I had to pay rent in shinjuku today so I left like 2 hours earlier than normal in the morning. I got to class about 30 minutes before it started, korean girl was the only one in the classroom. She said she found out she didn't have to work today.
talktalktalk, she keeps telling me how impressed she is with my japanese. How lucky I am to not have a real job, etcetera. We exchanged cell phone email.

In the second break, I could hear her talking to a chinese girl about me. I couldn't hear that well, but she said I was really smart, etc.

Then the break after that, she said we should hang out on a free day. I told her to email me when she has time.
