Ohh I have a question, Ed:

Have you checked out Rolf's NL DVDs, yet?
Now, that you have credentials as a NL theory expert, your honest opinion of the material should be useful.

Care to say whom?

They are thanked by their real names in the Introduction, so you'll know when the book comes out. I'd prefer not to say right now, only because I don't want to subject them to a deluge of PM's asking questions about the book. If they want to out themselves prematurely, it's totally fine with me. I haven't seen them. I'm sorry. I do know that the same fellow who I worked with is beginning work on some new DVD projects (limit and no limit) with some top notch people.

Acutally people's learning styles differ. Some people do better listening (even when the material is complicated) than reading. That's why some people suggested adapting Edward's DVDs for mp3/Ipod usage. Some people even learn best kinesthetically; that is, they need something hands on. Such people would learn best by sitting down with a deck of cards and physically playing out the examples.

[/ QUOTE ]

Elaine had to remind me of this the other day, as I have no problem at all learning from books and sometimes forget that I'm not everyone.

I agree.. it would be nice to put some stuff out in other formats, though I don't think, from a business perspective, that it would be nearly as compelling as the book format.

If someone who does audio books who thinks there's ample money to be made putting 2+2 books onto tape comes to Mason with a reasonable offer, I'm sure he'd listen.

When is Volume 2 of No Limit Hold'em: Theory and Practice coming out?

Will Volume 2 just rehash the material in Volume 1 or will it be entirely new material?

[/ QUOTE ]

Hey Ed,

Do you agree with Mason that Limit is a more skillful game, or do you say No Limit is?
