I have heard Hillary Clinton won't allow interns/staffers look at her in the eye either. I heard this before she decided to run for prez and after she became Senator.

I know this is pretty cerebral for NVG, but does anyone know or understand this personality tick or is it simply that these people are famous and they don't like being stared at ALL the time at work? Being watched all the time in the workplace would get old.
