Hello,

has anyone experiences, how long it can take, when their fraud department is checking the account?
Made (or better tried to make) a withdrawal on 4/28, on 4/29 in cashier screen i read: You are not allowed to withdraw.
Sent an email, and was told:
"Dear Sir/Madam,
Please be advised the Fraud department will contact you once they have reviewed your account, Please allow them 24-48 hrs to respond.
Again we apologize for the delay."

48 hours are over, and still no money or any news from fraud department.
Is anyone in the same situation or was?

This is an update of a previous post. I would have edited the original, but apparently editing is not allowed.

I received two checks from UB today. Both were mailed April 25th, though they covered separate withdrawals that had been requested five days apart. The checks were in Canadian dollars and it appears that someone took around a 2% conversion fee. It's nicer to receive a Canadian dollar check from PokerStars since there's no currency exchange fee.

Games have really died down at UB.
Requested withdrawal on Tuesday May 1st 7PM for $1500 to epassporte. The status is still "requested" after 24 hours. I normally wouldn't find this strange until the past few cashouts I have done, along with people on this thread of received their money into their epassporte account in roughly 24 hours.

I am debating if I should cancel the withdrawal and try initiating another one again. I am also getting alittle nervous with cashouts, since UB has lost alot of players with their recent change in accumulation of UB points.

Anyone have any cashout statuses from May?

I think it's fine. I had one to Neteller yesterday in a handful of hours (quicker than the normal 48ish).

I really doubt there's anything to worry about. UB's been going about half a dozen years, I don't think they're about to run off with the money after all this time. Even less so considering AP's just spent no doubt a good bit of money buying them.

It's not like the sites dead. They still have most of the traffic they had before. And I hope they learn that any dropoff is due to crippling the UB points, and that they need to bring it back.
