Respected Yankees fan needed for $50 bet. I take the Sox. You take the Yankees. Best Regular Season record wins. Who's up?

[/ QUOTE ]

Done.

Done it is. Just as collateral, if I don't pay up, you can tell KyrosMother and she will invoke the motherly wrath on me.

So you're in good hands.

I trust you./

Man, what's with all the Reds hate? I don't expect them to win the division or anything like that, but I certainly see them finishing higher than 5th or 6th.

Do the Cubs fans even realize that they signed Jason Marquis? Or how much they're paying him?

I was giddy like a school girl upon hearing that not only did the Cards dump him, and not only did their division rivals take him, but also that they poured gobs of money on him. Have fun, Cubbies!

I was thinkin about this thread after someone mentioned to me that we have passed the statistical half way point. Yeah I suck at predicting stuff.

Figure people might be interested in seeing what they picked.

Yeah, cuz Marquis has been awful. And that vaunted Cardinal pitching staff certainly has no place for a guy like Marquis. Especially with studs like Kip Wells and Braden Looper.

Yeah, I know, but I just couldn't resist taking the shot while it was there. He'll still be better than Kip Wells, Braden Looper, and Todd Wellmeyer. But that's not saying much.
