In these politically correct times the name of the continent was changed from Australia to Australasia to recognise the other countries that are also in that area. Oceania is not a continent it is a region You are right, Antarctica is not owned by anyone (or perhaps it is owned by all) and is not a country. England is a country. If you are thinking that Britain is really the country that is not the case as which it is a few countries such as Ireland, Scotland, England and Wales lumped together.
