24 keeps killing off the characters that people like to try and be shocking. It is stupid.

I don't think Nina = mole was foreshadowed at all. In fact, IIRC, most people's criticism of season 1 was that her being the mole made so little sense, that it seemed to have been thrown out merely to shock people.

I haven't seen season 1 fully since it aired. The only thing I can think of at the moment is the opening credits. (Jack: "And the people I work with may be involved in both." It then cuts to Nina). I'll take another look soon.

[/ QUOTE ]

That opening started immediatly after 3rd or 4th episode when Jack found out the disc came from Nina's computer. Within an hour it was quickly shot down, but that "foreshadowing" was becuase of that situation. FWIW, Nina being the mole in the 1st season was completely unexpected and it wasn't forshadowed at all.

I'm giving this show 2 more watchings until I give up on going out of my way to watch it. It deserves this because it was so awesome for so long, but I can't put up with many more worthless episodes that don't involve lots of emotion from Jack.

Seinfeld season 6 > season 1.

Frasier season 6 > season 1 (arguably)

Smallville season 6 > season 1

not that I watch Smallville. I just heard this around the rumor mill!

I might give in to the fact that sitcoms can get better with age, but serial dramas, not so much. (I think Smallville was way better early on fwiw)

Anyone else think that the ambulance was going to have a head-on crash with a semi when the driver looked back?

Seriously, how can you drive an ambulance for a living, and be surprised when someone starts flatlining in the back?

I'll give him a pass because he is driving a dying ex-president that was mysteriously removed from office.

Make yourself the driver, Bill Clinton the patient, and oh yeah, Hillary stabbed him. You wouldn't be a little less than 100% on the ball?
