Non-Americans are geting checks from FTP??

I shouldn't be forced to deal with a 3rd party and their fees to get my money from FTP. I will mind you, but I shouldn't have to.

And what about the fact that they are clearly lieing to us? Their story keeps changing. They are feeding us BS.

High Stakes Players: Transfer whatever large amount you want to epassporte and then pay the $50 wire transfer to your bank. It takes 2 business days and it WORKS!

So stop bitching, you do have an option.

Mega - how do you do this? Every single time I have tried to email/internal-message ePassporte about increasing my withdrawal amounts, I get ZERO response. Is there a tab for bank wires? At this point, I'd happily pay $50 to withdraw amounts as high as I can - but I don't see this option. Right now, i'm stuck paying $2 a day for $600 withdrawals (which only gets me $4000+/week).

Please explain how you can do this bank-wire. I am extremely interested. Thank you.

The FUD being spread here is insane.

One week ago I signed up with epassporte, and 5 minutes ago I withdrew $600 from Fulltilt. The funds were instantly in my epassporte account. The whole "epassporte takes a month to set up" [censored] was over about 2 weeks ago. Move the [censored] on.

Those of you who have only been reading other threads and haven't even tried to set up an account on epassporte and are sitting home wringing your hands in doubt need to serious shut the [censored] up.

If you don't have personal experience, you aren't contributing jack [censored] to this community with posts like this.

[/ QUOTE ]

My timeline for FT cashout:

-1/26 register for Epassporte
-2/6 receive microdeposits and verified accounts. Come to find out you can only cash out $600 at a day from epassporte. Screw that.
-2/6 Request check from Full Tilt.
-2/7 Need ID confirmation, sent proper information into them. Requested cash out for maximum amount
-2/16 Email from FTP saying they can no longer send checks.
-2/16 Try to sign up for Webatm but it's f'in impossible to.

I'm now back to epassporte which is a really [censored] option for anybody trying to cashout large amounts.

[/ QUOTE ]

I agree, but this is different from saying "Epassporte takes 2 months and doesn't work! Also, FTP is unsolvent!!1!! Oh no, we'll never get our money!!111!!!".

That's the FUD I was referring to.

Hint: if FTP had cash problems, they wouldn't be sending money to epassporte.

This post is a response to these comments by FTPDoug in the Answers thread:

It's no secret that we weren't properly prepared for the problems with our current check processor. As soon as it was apparent the delays in check delivery would be substantial, we updated the expected delivery time and immediately started looking for new check processors. The bad news is that the first one we thought we had (when I first answered "I hope to have good news within a week") didn't pan out. The good news is that we have two new check processors coming online that will begin processing checks at the beginning of next week. All delayed checks will get express delivery free of charge and hopefully will be delivered by the end of next week.

[/ QUOTE ]

Its becoming clear to me that FTP feels no responsibility toward their customers. It seems they have never heard of the concept of fiduciary responsibility.

The claim here seems to be that their check processor bailed on them so they stopped writing checks for over a month now.

That is the most incompetent, fly-by-night, unprofessional response I can think of.

Because their vendor left does FTP think that absolves them of any responsibility to their customers? Seriously? For [censored] sake! Its our money, not theirs until they *choose* to give it back!

Absolutely pathetic.

I'm not swearing to never play there (yet), but I have lost all respect for them as an organization. Between this, the numerous examples of horrible customer service, their poor security procedures, and the handling of the MyWebATM debacle, they have proven they are not worthy of trust.

1. Send a request to support@ftp.com that you want to cash-out via check.

2. Send them a scan of your DL and a utility bill. They will confirm and set your withdrawal method to check.

3. In the FTP client go to the cashier and make a withdrawal in the amount you wish.

4. Wait 2 months or more, with no updates.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to mail checks
within our regular delivery times. You may still withdraw funds from
your Full Tilt Poker account by check, however, delays may affect the
time it takes for your check to arrive.

If you would like to receive checks, you must be withdrawing between
$300 and $10,000. Checks can only be mailed to you once every 7 days.

Please email or fax us a clear and legible copy of your photo ID along
with proof of address so that we can verify your account information.
The name and mailing address on your ID must match your Full Tilt Poker
account information. We accept the following forms of ID:

Photo ID: Driver's License, Passport, or Government-issued ID.

Address Verification: Bank or Credit Card statement, Utility Bill, Cell
Phone Bill, Home or Auto Insurance papers

Note: Only complete documents will be accepted. We do not accept bill or
pay stubs.

You can email these documents to us at support@fulltiltpoker.com or fax
to 1-877-TILT-FAX. Please use a resolution of 400 dpi or higher when
sending your documents and make sure faxes are clear and legible or they
will be asked to be re-sent. If you are using fax, make sure to include
your Player ID on all pages.

Once you are verified for checks, you will need to request a cashout
through the Cashier window for the amount you want to cash out. After
pressing "OK", you will receive an email from us that your request is
being processed and when it has been approved.

We apologize in advance for any delays you may experience because of
this issue. Rest assured, however, that we are working to resolve this
situation as quickly as possible and will deliver your funds to you at
the earliest possible time.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to email
support@fulltiltpoker.com and we are happy to help.
