C'mon guys, these poles are real easy to understand. You all are just a bunch of nits.

On the first pole, I think confiscation is a certainty, so I was gonna vote 1.00 BUT, I am purty dumb and will probably keep redepositing, so I voted 2.5 (I ain't dumb nough to redeposit 10 times, sheesh!)

On the second pole, I think they should convict 20 innocent people for every one criminal that gets away, so I voted 20.

I assume you mean in terms of %, since 10 would be a weird number to express that with.

Whoever voted zero is a moron.

But I also think 0.5% is very high.

I voted 0.5% but there should be an option for like 0.1 -> 0.05%, which would probably have been more accurate.

caveat: maybe if there are US players talking about sites swallowing their money, then it's fair to vote higher than 0.5, but it would be better if we assumed that this poll implied individual confiscations rather than national confiscations.

Victor this was a good poll.

Just, you know, it's tough to be perfect sometimes, no worries.

But seriously, it's a good poll.

What I suggest people do is ask:

Has entity lost his money at any poker sites? No? How about Scary Tiger? How about Wookie?

If not, why not?

Maybe because they weren't cheating?

Seriously, anyone that voted over 0.5% for the chance of a site randomly taking your money is just plain wrong, and I think 0.1% is probably still way way way too high.

good2cu had like 50k confiscated by ub. if he wasnt wellknowon on 2p2 he would have lost it.

jason [censored] strassa had like 17k confiscated by prima. again, if he wasnt wellknown he never gets it back.

how about that guy who just made some posts about doylesroom not paying him like 15k?

and there have been plenty of reports of ppl's accounts locked by ftp for monthes before being unlocked with no real explanation.

That was my reaction at first, but no, it just seems that DavidC is taking it seriously.

How cute.

When I read the first "pole", I had no idea what scale he was using, but voted "0.5" anyhow... then I got to the second question, and was like wtf? As I read the replies, I couldn't stop laughing... damn funny stuff.
