T,

I was talking about guys in general, not skinny 2+2 emo dudes.

[/ QUOTE ]

Agreed. It seems 2+2 is full of fat guys or skinny fat guys.

6'2", 218 lbs...not fat, but I have a little extra I'd like to get rid of.

The goal is 200 lbs.

Meh, I'll put something in writing. Any little motivation helps, right?

6'0"
Current: 238 (ugh)
Goal: 195 by the end of May (wedding in June - ugh?)

I'd actually be pretty content with 205/210ish, but I'm trying to convince myself the goal is 195 in case I miss.

Current 230 - desired <200

Height, 6'

For the record, the pics post of the guy who did the work-out regimen for 12 weeks was pretty inspiring, underwear pics notwithstanding. I'm using that as a guide.

6"0, 200 now, want to lose 10-15 lbs. Mostly though I want to lose my jelly belly. I want to go from 36 waist to 34 to 32. If I make my stomach look better and not lose a pound, that's fine.

Ugh, hate working out.

I posted this in another thread. But for 2007 - I've started with $30k. Each day I hit the gym I take of $100. At the end of the year whatever is left from that amount I am donating to a charity. I've tried prop bets to get me to go to the gym, as well as bogus rewards. So now I figured publicly announcing this seemingly awesome plan will make me stick to my word. Besides, if I'm 22 years old and can't make a plan and stick to it for a year, I deserve to be fat, broke, and alone - because that is just pathetic.

I don't get it...wouldn't you want to reward yourself for going to the gym and keep the money?

I would think that if you DIDN'T go the gym, then take out $100 and give that to charity.
