Does he not require some sort of performance improvement over time? |

Am I not as old (26) as I thought relative to 2+2? Seems like the U-boat cut was a good ~8 years ago, though like others I miss it.
How do I maximize the taste of a turkey/provolone? In your opinion which combination of spreads are unacceptable? Is putting mayo on the meat/cheese standard since that's what they do if you don't specify? I generally prefer it on the bread with oil on top of all the stuff. Thoughts? |

[/ QUOTE ] I'm willing to give employees a break when I catch them giving away food and what not since I do it myself, and I dont do it to an extreme, I dont have lines of people comeing in everyday to get free subs. Im pretty sure the owner knows I take my fair share. We are always working together to try and find ways to improve numbers, but as long as food cost is below 30%, labor costs are below 20%, and productivity(units sold per hour worked) is above 10.0 he is happy. |

With your sandwich id say keep the mayo or whatever other dressin you like on the meat/cheese, i find it gets soggy if you put it on the bread, but it does hold better that way. Its best to have the oil put on the veggie side. Try honey mustard or red wine vinegarette on it. |
