Yet you pound Bodog for protecting their lines/bonuses

If a sportsbook makes a poor line I think they should be obligated to accept all bets on it and it is their duty to take down the line and put up a more accurate one.

I 100% agree. What Bodog did with the WSOP wager was absurd, because I don't believe the mistake in the line was simply an error of adding an extra zero, but an error in the linesmakers' fundamental understanding of the proposition.

My comment referred to the fact that the action these guys did is exactly the same thing that people would do to circumvent maximum wagers in order to bet more money than was allowed for the proposition. Bodog has betting limits to protect themselves-- From Bodog's perspective these guys were playing out of the same bankroll in order to double the effective maximum wager. Of course Bodog is wrong, and these players should be refunded, but hopefully you see what it was that Bodog was trying to protect themselves from.

No nothing has been resolved.

I talked to a few people who planned to pursue it via some of the watchdog sites mentioned in this thread, and I also attempted to contact those sites myself regarding the issue but havent really gotten anywhere yet.

I guess the next logical step would be to email a link to this thread to bodog? But I seriously doubt taht would make much difference either.

OK, I went to wizardofodds.com and clicked the mediation service link, and the link linked to the ad page for some reason. Write to this e-mail address: contact-page@WizardOfOdds.com , and report the broken link to the mediation service, and also make your complaint in that e-mail and see if he replies.

He used to answer my e-mails personally when I had a ucsb.edu address because he is an alumni, if you can find someone with a ucsb.edu address to take up your case that might help to.

Also go to casinomeister.com and post your complaint in the complaints/bonus issues section. This is obviously a bonus issue even if it doesn't seem like it on face.

Let us know how it goes.
