in my experience mayo in europe and particularly in belgium is way diff than american mayo like hellman's. it's not nearly as thick and gelatinous, and if you're in a good place it's usually freshly made.
my inlaws used to live in belgium and visiting them there was awesome, nothing better than fritjes and a dekonnick. |
