they are only college aged kids, but sound older imho. Folk/rock, with lots of instruments, especially in their acoustic songs - banjo, mandolin, etc. cool sound. EP coming out soon. their web site

My Disco (the youtube is sloppy footage and the bass player breaks a string halfway through so they have to improvise noise while he restrings but this is still awesome to me... they are definitely the best band in Australia so far this decade, and you all seem like you're in your first year of searching for indie hipster credibility, so here's an obscure band to help your cause)
p.s. they are actually touring US atm FWIW
